STANDARD TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER UseThis device has been designed to control and maintain with absolute precision the temperature in the various zones (plate, nozzles, injection nozzles) of the hot runner systems, guaranteeing so that the final product complies with the current most severe technical and qualitative requirements. Overview The voltage necessary for the functioning of the control unit is 400 V three-phase + neutral (240 V three-phase on request), 50/60 HZ; the unit can control resistance charges at 240V single phase, with power up to 3500W for the zones dedicated to the distribution plate and up to 1200W for the zones dedicated to nozzles and injection nozzles. Models with 1 or 2 zones need 240 V single phase. Compared to the previous model, the new ones are smaller and offer adds-on meant to satisfy the requirements of our clients. The double set point, for instance, gives you the possibility to reduce the temperature of the mould to a standby value at rest and to a button which allows to vary the set point of all zones simultaneously. The unit is manufactured according to best practices and the best components available on the market have been used; it is tested for functioning before being delivered to the client, which means great reliability and operational life. Spare parts and support is available in all major countries of the world. Also available, various “cable kits” to connect the control unit to any type of plugs on the mould. |

Operational modes Automatic - The control unit maintain stable the temperature of each single zone referring to the set point value and reading actual temperature through the thermocouple in the system. Both temperature values are shown on the display.
