This nozzle type is suitable for moulding parts where the injection point is reduced and for plastic materials which leave threads at the mould opening.The type with the exit of the heater in the middle of the nozzle allows for heater replacement whilst the mould is assembled on the injection device. |

The particular tip shape allows uniform material distribution, therefore the flow paths are eliminated. The range of application sectors for these nozzle types are to be found in cosmetics, household, packaging, where the aesthetics of the moulded part is essential. |

Special nozzles for small parts with extended tip for direct injection in multicavity moulds F11-1B Single nozzle F6 11-1B This nozzles have small diameters but with very long tip to be used in restricted areas and for internal injection of small parts. The particular tip shape with extra long profile allows the gate feed on an “inside” surface of the part. The application sectors of this nozzle type are especially the packaging, medical, cosmetic and miniaturized components. Different lengths are available starting from 36 mm up to 146 mm. The minimum pitch in hot runner systems applications is 13 mm. |

EXTENDED TIP NOZZLE FOR USE WITH VALVE GATE Nozzle for multicavity moulds DN3B The new concept of type 3B is particularly interesting, with lengthened gate system tip, suitable for the injection of parts where appearance is important, and for sequential checking. It is possible to obtain optimal regulation of the plastic material flow in special applications such astubs and thin-walled containers, that cannot be injected externally due to the presence of the label. Furthermore, the gate system nozzles leave a very clean injection point, that besides being almost unseen, is free of imperfections and residual material that could pollute the product contained in the tub. It is therefore most appropriate for applications in the foodstuffs packaging sector. The needle centring system on gate system types 3B has been perfected, the needle centres itself in the tip of the nozzle ensuring perfect concentricitywith the mould seat where the needle closes. |

In certain applications, if the inside diameter of a round part is aplicable to our nozzle, this nozzle can be used to inject the part internally in order to archive good concentricity. |
