May 2016 -The first edition of ThermDay, the day dedicated to the employee’s families, has been successfully carried out. On Saturday 14th May, from 9am to 1pm, the firm opened the doors to 170 employees who accompanied their own companions, children and parents inside the company to show them the offices, the manufacturing unit and all the machineries of the factory. For children, a game was organized "Go to Thermoplay discovery", a scavenger hunt game with the educational purpose to know the places of jobs, the tools and the products in order to learn and have a good time.
The managing director, Roberto Bertone said ‘’The purpose of this initiative is to involve employees and their families in the life of the firm" proceeding to welcome 400 people that participated at the event.
At 12 o'clock, after thanks and the participation of the Confederation of Aosta Valley Industry manager, Edda Costa, and of the Assessor of the Production Activities Raimondo Donzel, a refreshment was offered to all participants.
